Morale (also known as esprit de corps) is the capacity of a group's members to maintain belief in an institution or goal, particularly in the face of opposition or hardship.
As Morale Officer then, you must maintain among the group, by whatever methods, a belief in the adventure and its goals.
For example: “The Beatings Will Continue Until Morale Improves!”
back deck roll! great for when you are pinned on your back deck in shallow water having your face raked - like doing zoom flume on the LM upside down. I suggest having someone touch you up with a cheese grater while practicing in the pool
